With its transparent and ultra lightweight design, the PIXLED F-30 LED display is perfectly suited for use in the touring market. To withstand the rigors of this demanding industry, the screen also needs robust, reliable trussing mechanics and sturdy transportation housings.

To meet this requirement, a full set of touring mechanics has been developed for the F-30. Custom-designed with the input of seasoned, touring rental companies, the rugged F-30 Touring Mechanics ensure quick build-up and tear down, optimal truck loading for minimal transportation costs and easy access to the screen during the show.

The set of F-30 Touring Mechanics consists of:

  • Ladder Touring Frames (single panel)
  • Hanging brackets (single and dual)
  • Transport Dollies (8 F-30 panels per dolly)
  • Climbing Ladders

Quick build-up and tear-down

The F-30 Touring Mechanics ensure a streamlined build-up process enabling ultra fast build-up and breakdown of the display.

The single panel, rugged touring frame measures 960mm high by 123mm wide and connects directly to the back of each LED panel. Built-in locking and safety systems allow frames to be clicked together vertically quickly and easily. Quick-connect locks on the sides of individual LED panels ensure a seamless display in no time.

Lightweight, quick-connect hanging brackets guarantee a robust connection to all standard truss systems and are available in single or dual panel versions.

Optimal fitting for transportation

The LED panels - complete with touring frames - are transported in dollies which have been custom-designed to ensure optimal loading into trucks, lorry trailers and air transportation. Each dolly holds 8 panels and features fold-away wheels which allow stacking during transportation or storage. The top and side panels of the dollies are easily removed on location, allowing the LED panels to be hoisted up directly from their transport housing. During tear-down, panels can be dismantled directly back into the housing saving valuable time and energy.

Quick access to LED screen

Quick access to the LED screen for servicing is made simple with lightweight climbing ladders. These ladders are mounted onto each frame, allowing access to the rear of the LED panels for service technicians, thus avoiding the need for scissor lifts. If the user wants to have the optimal transparency, these ladders can easily be removed with a simple click.
