With its ultra lightweight design, the PIXLED F-11 LED display is perfectly suited for use in the touring market. To withstand the rigors of this demanding industry, the screen also needs robust, reliable trussing mechanics and sturdy transportation housings.

To meet this requirement, a full set of touring mechanics has been developed for the F-11. Custom-designed with the input of seasoned, touring rental companies, the rugged F-11 Touring Mechanics ensure quick build-up and tear down, optimal truck loading for minimal transportation costs and easy access to the screen during the show.

The set of F-11 Touring Mechanics consists of:

  • Touring Frames (3Wx2H, 2Wx2H)
  • Hanging brackets (single and dual)
  • Transport Dollies (5 Touring frames per Dolly)
  • Integrated climbing ladders in the Touring Frames

Quick build-up and tear-down

The F-11 Touring Mechanics ensure a streamlined build-up process enabling ultra fast build-up and breakdown of the display.

The rugged touring frames are available in two sizes:

  • 3W x 2H frame (housing 3 LED panels wide x 2 high)
  • 2W x 2H frame (housing 2 LED panels wide x 2 high)

Both feature large pre-positioning points and rugged built-in locking systems which allow frames to be clicked together quickly and easily to form a seamless display in no time.

Lightweight, quick-connect hanging brackets guarantee a robust connection to all standard truss systems and are available in single or dual panel versions.

Optimal fitting for transportation

The touring frames - complete with LED panels - are transported in dollies which have been custom-designed to ensure optimal loading into trucks, lorry trailers and air transportation. Each dolly holds 5 touring frames and features fold-away wheels which allow stacking during transportation or storage. The top and side panels of the dollies are easily removed on location, allowing the LED panels to be hoisted up directly from their transport housing. During tear-down, panels can be dismantled directly back into the housing saving valuable time and energy.

Quick access to LED screen

Quick access to the LED screen for servicing is made simple with integrated climbing ladders. These integrated ladders allow access to the LED panels for service technicians, thus avoiding the need for scissor lifts.
